Sovowin Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Joining

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between the Sovowin platform and all its users ("Members"). By registering on Sovowin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement in full.

Sovowin is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. We operate services specifically for users in Bangladesh, offering Sports Betting, casino games, live games, and other gaming services.

The following individuals are not permitted to use Sovowin:

• Any individual under the age of 18
• Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law
• Users who have previously been banned from Sovowin
• Those who bet on behalf of others or engage in professional betting

To register on Sovowin, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false details is a direct breach of this Agreement and may result in account termination along with forfeiture of any funds held.

Each person may register only one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or using the same payment method will result in all associated accounts being closed.

You are responsible for the security of your account. Never share your password, always use a strong one, and remember to log out. If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact support immediately.

• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must remain active
• Contact support to update your account information
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited
• Sovowin may temporarily suspend an account if suspicious login activity is detected

Sovowin accepts deposits via Bangladesh's leading mobile banking services — Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. VISA/Mastercard and cryptocurrency are also supported.

Deposits are typically processed instantly. However, occasional delays may occur due to your bank or payment provider. If a deposit fails, the funds will be returned to the source account — Sovowin does not hold deposit funds under any circumstances.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name
• Funds sent from a third-party account will be refunded
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming activities
• Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering or other illegal activities will be investigated

Withdrawal requests on Sovowin are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made from your real money balance — bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification under our Anti-Money Laundering policy
• If suspicious activity is detected, Sovowin may place a hold on withdrawals and conduct an investigation
• If your withdrawal hasn't arrived within 72 hours, please contact support

Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳10,000 before making a withdrawal.

• Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in cancellation of all bonuses and winnings

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the platform:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games
• Colluding with other players to manipulate or influence game outcomes
• Exploiting any platform bug or technical glitch
• Using Martingale or extreme betting patterns to circumvent bonus terms

Match-fixing or betting using insider information in Sports Betting is a criminal offence and a violation of this agreement. Sovowin reserves the right to report such suspected activity to the relevant authorities.

Sovowin believes entertainment should be enjoyable, not stressful. We actively promote responsible gaming and provide our members with a range of tools to help them stay in control.

• Deposit Limits: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Session Limits: Set a time limit for how long you play each session
• Break: Place your account on a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent account closure

If your issue cannot be resolved through support, you must follow Sovowin's internal complaints process, which requires submitting a detailed written account of your complaint.

This agreement is governed by international law. Any legal disputes will be resolved through arbitration, and both parties are bound to accept the arbitration ruling.

• Complaint submission deadline: within 30 days of the incident
• Sovowin will respond to complaints within 7 business days
• Complex cases may take up to 30 business days to resolve
